Arena Freestyle Breather

Developing a good breathing technique is the biggest challenge for a beginner and intermediate freestyle swimmers.
The Arena Freestyle Breather is a very simple product composed of a pair of lightweight "foils" or "fins" that are attached to your swimming goggles.
The Freestyle Breather prevents water inhalation by protecting mouth and nose from splashes and drops, which is particularly useful when training in open water.

The Freestyle Breather works by creating an air pocket by enhancing the bow wave, making it easier to breathe.
It also encourages better head alignment and prevents excessive head rotation due to the pressure applied on the cheeks, which provides real-time feedback.
